I got these on time but the size was smaller. I ordered the wrong the size for my husband but the customer service was so polite and nice they listened to me and responded to me very nicely and sent me the new size the next day. so very grateful. great service I am very satisfied. thankyou!!

I ordered and recieved them a day ago unfortunately they sent size 44 which is the biggest they have and does not fits my feet need size 45, their sales staff is very polite and are replacing my Desert Chelsea with other shoes in my size. These shoes are very good quality I just wish they had them.in my size :( anyway now I know this isnot a fraud site like loads online. Thank you for your cooperation in settling my complaint. 2 Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
